Amiya Pani, having 30 years of experience in media, has worked with popular TV magazines like ‘Ajira Odisha’ to ‘Odisha Diary’, ‘Amari Katha’, ‘Spandan’, which were telecast on Doordarshan, Bhubaneswar. He has worked with DD National, ‘Aaj Tak’, ‘DD Metro’, ‘Star Plus’, ‘Aaj Ki Baat’. He also worked as a Video Journalist with India TV, CNN-IBN and IBN 7.
Mousumi Satpathy
Operation Head
Mousumi Satpathy is a talent in the area of audio-visual production. She possesses strong vocabulary and sense of visual style. She holds a masters degree in Journalism and Mass Communication with two years of experience in content writing in OTV. She has been working in the field for last 13 years with experience in scripting and filmmaking.
Chandra Sekhar
Script Writer
A post-grad in Political Science with an artistic knack, Chandra Sekhar is always keen to add uniqueness to his writing content and direction of work. His learning attitude and dedication to absorb the minute techniques of Audio-visual work have excelled him in a short span. The amalgamation of cognizance, out-of-the-box thinking, team spirit and active participation is well reflected in his writing for the in-house initiative of ‘Inspiring Odisha’ and various projects so far.

Bhabatosh is an accomplished Production Manager with a wealth of experience spanning 8 years. With a deep understanding of both the technical intricacies and financial aspects of production, Bhabatosh excels in optimizing workflows, managing budgets, and making strategic decisions to enhance overall performance and profitability.
Sanjay Kanungo
Senior Producer
Sanjay Kanungo has more than 27 years of experience in reporting news events as well as producing news, current affairs and cultural programmes like ‘Ajira Odisha’, ‘Odissa Diary’, ‘Aei Odisha’, ‘Ajira Cinema’, Spandan and ‘Kiran’. Prior to his association with Light House, he was working with popular Odia channel OTV as a producer and as senior producer in MBC TV.
Subrat Kumar Das
Producer
Subrat is a young talent having 11 years of media experience in producing short films, corporate films, AD and documentaries. A good team player and hard worker with zeal to learn, he likes working in challenging situations. He has worked in prestigious television channel like Kanak and has directed popular TV shows like ‘Chota Mora Gaan Ti’ for ETV News Odia.
Aswini Sahoo
Cinematographer
A BFTII Trained cinematographer Aswini has been working in the field for last 20 years. He has been associated with channels like ETV Odia, OTV. Apart from features, documentaries and musicals, he also covers live events such as Puri Car festival, Odisha Assembly session, elections and reality shows.
BALARAM KHATUA
Cameraman
Balaram is a young cameraman with a strong sense of visualization. He has 10 years of experience in covering corporate films, documentaries, ad films, short films, training videos, promos, ads etc as a cameraman. He is well trained in taking shots in the field of wildlife, forest, environment and tourism. He is also an expert in operating drone cameras.
Gurujee Swetachandan
Creative Head
A creative force in the media industry, Gurujee excels in scripting, editing, production, and post-production. He adeptly handles a wide range of subjects, from art and entertainment to social and cultural topics. With around 12 years of professional experience, he has achieved commercial success with projects like the TV show “Puntu Nana Nka Peta Jatra” and critical acclaim with the documentary series “Debata Hoile Marai.”

Subhakant is an experienced and quality hand in video and still photography. During his more than 20 years of professional experience, he has worked with Doordarshan, India TV and News X. From documentary to news stories, he has proven his mettle in almost all genres of camera works. Ray passionately peruses wildlife photography as hobby.

Manoranjan has an experience of 11 years in the field of graphics, animation and editing. He has worked with MBC News, Naxatra TV, Konark TV, JharkaOdisha etc. With professional diploma in animation technology, Manoranjan is well versed in 3D & 2D Animation, product Ads, brochures, bang, montage, promo, news template etc.

Pratap Pati is a young and hardworking photographer who can easily fit into any kind of assignment. Pictures taken by Pratap often stand out in the crowd. He masters in pictures such as candid, rural and news. He has a unique style of framing pictures that brings freshness and simplicity in each of his work.

Tapas has expertise in shooting news, features, documentaries, educational films. He has worked on assignments for NDTV, India TV, Doordarshan, ZEE TV, TV Today and ETV. This cinematography degree holder from Biju Patnaik Film and Television Institute of Odisha has worked for media organizations such as OTV, Prameya, Kamyab.

With strong sense of visuals and animation, Anil has experience of editing a variety of projects such as corporate films, documentaries, ad films, short films, training videos, promos etc. While working in Mumbai, Anil has also skilled himself in new age video editing to fulfil the requirement of the industry and clients.
